대여조건 및 대여약관
1. 운전자 등록: 차량 한 대당 운전자 등록은 최대 2인까지 가능하며, 렌터카 인수 시 현장에서 면허증 확인 후 등록 가능합니다.
2. 준비물: 실물 면허증을 준비해 주시고, 면허증이 없을 경우 신분증과 모바일 면허증(일련번호 필수), 혹은 신분증 + 운전면허경력증명서(이용일 기준 24시간 이내 발급분만 인정)를 준비해 주시면 됩니다.
3. 제주한라렌트카 대여 조건

🌐 외국인 대여 안내 (상담센터: 064-711-9393 내선 1번)
- 외국인은 만 26세 이상이어야 하며, 만 23세 특약 이용이 불가능합니다.
- 제네바 협약국의 여권 및 국제면허증(IDP) 실물 소지 필수.
- 여권 국가와 IDP 발행국이 다를 경우 대여가 거절될 수 있으며, 책자형 국제면허증만 가능합니다.
- 주한미군: 여권과 오렌지 면허증을 모두 실물로 소지해야 합니다.
※ 상기 조건은 제주한라렌트카로 직접 예약하신 상품에 한해 적용되며,다른 경로를 통해 예약하신 경우 해당 예약 경로의 대여 조건을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

📸 차량 사진 촬영 필수 안내고객님께서 직접 차량 번호가 보이도록 외관 사진 또는 동영상을 촬영하여 반납 시까지 보관하셔야 합니다.
- 사고 처리 증거물로 이용되므로 꼼꼼한 촬영 필수
- 휠, 타이어 포함 이상 부위 상세 촬영

⚠️ 용도 제한 안내
렌터카는 인력 수송 목적으로만 사용 가능합니다. 수화물 적재 등 기타 용도로 이용 시 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다.
5. 상세 이용 안내 및 주의사항
• 운전자 제한: 계약서에 등록된 운전자만 운전 가능합니다. 미등록자 운전 적발 시 과태료 부과 및 모든 보험 혜택에서 제외됩니다.
• 승차 정원: 승차 정원을 초과하여 이용하실 수 없으며 위반 시 보험 적용 불가합니다.

▶ Additional Driver is required the same as the main drivers requirement and must be present at the pick-up time. Any accident by unauthorized drivers will not covered.
▶ enter is responsible for all penalties incurred due to violation of the Road Traffic Law such as parking violation, driving on the bus lane violation, not wearing seat belts etc., during rental period. Insurance coverage may partially not be provided if the accident occurred is caused by the violation of the Road Traffic Law.

▶ 1 he renter must have a valid visa during the rental period. If the visa expires during the rental period, the renter may not be able to rent a car and no refund will be given. ▶ On-site dispatch and emergency traction due to customer negligence are not covered by self-insurance. Tire puncture and damage, wheel damage and breakage, discharge, vehicle key loss and breakage, chain, chain damage, glass & navigation damage, The compensation limit is 1 million won for all types of vehicles (general accidents 2 \~ 4 million won) and the indemnity is as follows.,(Indemnity and excess repair costs tenant burden)

▶ If the vehicle is damaged from an accident attributed to the renter, the renter is responsible for 50% of the standard rental fee in addition to the vehicle repair cost due to revenue loss.
▶ In the event of a vehicle accident, if the vehicle requires immediate repair, or if the driver is immature or the tenant's negligence exceeds 50%, the vehicle will be recovered immediately and the vehicle fee for the remaining period will not be returned.
▶ The tenant has an obligation to report to Halla Rent-a-Car Co., Ltd. immediately after an accident occurs.
▶ Fuel Policy There are 4 fuel types in Korea, Gasoline, Diesel, LPG, and Electric. Please check the right fuel type with the staff before drive. If the fuel tank is not same as pick-up time, the refueling fee will be charged to the renter with service charge. Any damages caused by wrong refueling will not covered by insurance and repair cost will be charged to the renter.
▶ Emergency Any emergency happens, contact to hallarentcar company(+82-64-711-9393) immediately.
▶ Collision Damage Waiver is a disposable product and can only be used on Jeju Island. In addition, a traffic violation, intentional accidents, oil-mixed accidents, and flooding accidents are excluded.
▶ If you are caught smoking (smoking, cigarette butts, ashes, smell), inside-vehicle bad smell(smoking, fishy smell...), and pollution, you will be charged a car wash fee of KRW 150,000\~300,000.
* In accordance with Articles 34-4 and 91-5 of the Passenger Car Transport Business Act, if you rent a rental car to a person who is not a contractor or rent a car by stealing someone else's name, you can not apply Collision Damage Waiver. If you violate the above, you will be sued and charged.,In this case, I would like to inform you that you will be punished by imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 10 million won.
